However, it wasn’t until I lost my brother and sister that my journey into creating tombstones took a new turn. My brother had always told me, “No funeral, just a nice headstone.” When it came time to create his memorial, I found myself in a situation that many families face—struggling to get the quality and personalization I wanted for an affordable price.
After three years of back-and-forth with a company that promised to hold a deposit for me, only to later refuse the work, I decided that I would create the tombstone I knew my brother deserved. It was a long and difficult process, but it reaffirmed my belief in the importance of having a memorial that truly reflects the individual—one that is crafted with care and respect.
